Phoenix Investors is more than just strategic real estate. About a decade ago, Phoenix began to witness entire communities undergo significant and thorough revitalization in the areas surrounding our redevelopments. We discovered that often when Phoenix completes a major industrial renovation, nearby businesses and neighborhoods begin to improve. The positive impacts of our redevelopments can be felt throughout our host communities: blight reduction and the strategic repurposing of these large facilities help to reduce crime and unemployment, increase economic activity, and renew neighborhood safety and culture.
